Under the supervision of Bangladesh Football Federation, under the overall management of Dhaka Metropolitan Football League Committee the grand opening of "Basundhara Group First Division and Second Division Football League 2021-22" was held today at Bashundhara Kings Arena Stadium of 'Basundhara Sports Complex' at 1:30 pm.

Honorable Vice President of Bangladesh Football Federation and Chairman of Dhaka Metropolitan Football League Committee Mr. Md Imrul Hassan announced the auspicious opening of the league.

Also present at the opening ceremony were BFF Executive Member and Co-Chairman Mr. Md. Elias Hossain, BFF Executive Member Mr. Md. Nurul Islam Nuru, BFF Executive Member Mr. Md. Mohidur Rahman Miraj, BFF General Secretary Mr. Md. Abu Nayeem Shohag. Deputy-Chairman of DMFL and Chairman of "Second Division Football League Committee 2021-22" Mr. Md Yakub Ali, Member of DMFL and secretary of "1st Division Football League Committee 2021-22" Mr. Md Mazharul Islam Tuhin, Member of DMFL and " Second Division Football League Committee 2021-22' secretary Mr. Zakir Hossain and DMFL and 1st, 2nd and 3rd Division Football League Committee members.
