Bangladesh win 3-1 in third practice match

Mokpo: Bangladesh national team has continued their winning run by winning their third practice match of the ongoing South Korea tour. The Red and Greens beat Chodang University Football Team 3-1 after going 0-1 down in the match that kicked off at 8:00am [BDST] at the Mokpo International Training Centre Football Ground on Monday. Bangladesh suffered a drawback when Ui Chan Joung drew first blood for Chodang in the 17th minute. But the visitors fought back and scored the equalizer through Biplu Ahmed on the 39th minute. Then in the second half, goals from Motin Mia (78′) and Robiul Hasan (81′) secured a convincing victory for Bangladesh. In his post-match reaction, head coach Jamie Day said, “The team played much better than the last game. To come back and win the match after falling behind shows the positive attitude of the players. Day by day, our boys are improving.” “We don’t have any injuries at the moment. All the players are fit,” he added.
