Former footballer Tanvir Chowdhury no more

Natore: Former national team footballer Tanvir Chowdhury has breathed his last on Tuesday at 11:35am at a hospital in Natore. Back in 2015, the young footballer suffered from head trauma after a car accident and had been under treatment for a long time. On Wednesday, he died as his blood sugar levels dropped drastically. He was 41 when he died and has left behind a wife, two daughters and numerous well wishers. Tanvir Chowdhury’s namaz-e-janaza will be held at the Natore Kachari Eidgah field after Esha prayers on Tuesday. BFF President Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin, senior vice-president, vice presidents, members of the executive committee and standing committee, along with all officials of the federation have expressed sorrow at the death of the talented footballer and sent their condolences to the grieving family.
