Jamal scores thrice to beat BJMC

Dhaka, November 19: Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Ltd stretched their winning spree to three matches beating Team BJMC 3-0 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Sunday.

The first half however was barren as BJMC adopted a defensive strategy, but, it was different story in the second with Jamal forward regaining their scoring touch to score thrice.

The yellow clad outfits took the lead in the 53rd minute courtesy of a tricky score of Nigerian forward Odowin (1-0)

Seven minutes later they were sitting on a two goal cushion with the strike of Gambian forward Solomon King who placed a Zahid Parvez cross into the net (2-0).

Solomon added his second in the 82nd minute with a solo effort after snatching the ball from BJMC defender Shimul (3-0)

With 30 points from 30 matches, Sheikh Jamal are positioned second in the table while BJMC are positioned seventh with 16 points.
