Rahmatganj head coach brought to book
Dhaka, February 14: Rahmatganj MFS head coach Kamal Ahmed Babu has been banned from taking part in any kind of football activities for one year.
According to articles 53 and 22 of the BFF Disciplinary Code, Rahmatganj coach Babu will be forbidden to play any part in football from February 13, 2018 to February 12, 2019.
The BFF Disciplinary Committee took the decision at a meeting on Tuesday after analyzing the Rahmatganj versus Ctg Abahoni match, played on February 6, of the recently finished WALTON Independence Cup 2018.
In the meeting, the Committee discussed and analyzed the match commissioner’s report, the referee’s report, the match video and news reports published in various newspapers.
The committee also fined Babu Tk 2 lakh under articles 53 and 15 of the BFF Disciplinary Code which he ought to deposit to the BFF account within the next 30 days (before March 12, 2018).
