Registration for 2nd class referees’ promotion test begins

The test of the country’s active 2nd class referees for their promotion to the1st class will be held in Dhaka on 30th and 31st August. Interested referees, who fulfill the following conditions, are called to send their applications to the BFF headquarters within August 23. Conditions: 1. The applicants must have at least 2 years (by July 31) of active refereeing experience after becoming the 2nd class referee. 2. The candidates must have the experience of conducting at least 2 matches as the main referee and at least 6 matches as the assistant referee in Professional Leagues/Senior Division Football Leagues/Tournaments (Federation Cup/National Football/U18/Champions Club Cup) after the last promotion. Apart from this, the interested candidates must have the experience of conducting at least 5 matches as the main referee and at least 10 matches as the assistant referee in the DFA/DSA organized leagues or tournaments in their respective districts. 3. Must have the MA ID number issued by the BFF or the FIFA ID number issued by the same. 4. Must pay Tk 1,000 as the registration fee. Necessary documents: 1. The match refereeing certificate attested by the DFA/DSA President or General Secretary. 2. The attested photocopies of the latest educational qualification and NID or passport. 3. A copy of the circular of the 2nd class referees test results publisehd by the BFF Referees Committee. 4. 2 copies of recently captured photo Once the BFF select the candidates, they will have to attend the theoretical classes. Besides, the referees will have to go through the following tests – 1. Physical fitness test 2. Written test 3. Viva
