Arambagh win goal fest over Rahmatganj

Arambagh Krira Shangha won a goal fest over Rahmatganj Muslim Friends Society at Mymensingh Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The goal fest was opened by the winning sides Arifur at the 16th minute when he scored his first goal to bring his team a lead. 10 minutes later, Rahmatganj leveled the score line with a goal from their local forward Sohel’s legs. At the 41st minute of the play, Rahmatganj took lead with Rakibul’s scoring. However, the lead lasted only five minutes as Arambagh’s foreign recruit Mathew netted his only goal at the 46th minute and rewrote the score line 2-2. Eight minutes later, Arambagh’s another foreign recruit Paul came up with a goal to bring another lead for his team. At the 68th minute of the game, Arifur netted his second goal and extended the lead. At the 75th minute, Arambagh’s Bappy joined the party, making the score line 5-2. Three minutes later, Paul scored his second goal and this was the last nail on Rahmatganj’s coffin. However, Rahmatganj got their third goal in the match at the 84th minute from Zunapia.
