Press conference over TV dramas made on Bangamata U19 Women’s Int’l Gold Cup

Dhaka: The first ever Bangamata U19 Women’s International Gold Cup 2019, organized by the BFF, will be held from April 22 to May 3 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium, Dhaka. Six U19 women’s teams, including Bangladesh will compete in the tournament. Mongolia, Tajikistan and Laos were drawn into Group A whereas Bangladesh will compete against United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kyrgyzstan in Group B. Private television channel RTV and tournament rights holders K-Sports have created seven television dramas under the title “Egiye Jawar Nei Mana”. Seven female producers have produced these dramas which will be broadcast on RTV from April 7-21. In this regard, a press conference will be held in the Surma Hall of the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel (1st floor) at 5:00pm on Wednesday, April 3. Moreover, nine short documentaries made on Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s wife Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib will also be telecast ahead of the tournament. Representatives of electronic and print media are cordially invited to attend the press conference.
