U-19 girls to fly for Tajikistan tomorrow

Dhaka: Bangladesh U-19 National Women’s Football Team will leave Dhaka for Tajikistan to take part in AFC U-19 Women’s Championship 2018 Qualifiers. The competition is scheduled to be held there from 24th to 28th October. Ahead of the tournament, a press conference was held at the BFF conference room on Thursday to breif media the updates of the team. Among others, BFF Secretary General Abu Naim Sohag, AFC Executive Member, FIFA Council Member and BFF Women’s Football Committee Chairman Mahfuza Akhter Kiran, BFF member Md Amirul Islam Babu, Dhaka Bank Ltd Managing Director & CEO Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Head of Communications and Branding Division Khandker Anwar Ihtesham, Head Coach of the team Golam Rabbani Choton, Captain Misrat Jahan Mousumi, Vice-Captain Maria Manda and Technical & Strategic Director Paul Thomas Smalley were present at the press breifing.
