Dhaka: The first ever Bangamata U19 Women’s International Gold Cup 2019, organized by the BFF, will be held from April 22 to May 3 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium, Dhaka.
Six U19 women’s teams, including Bangladesh will compete in the tournament. Mongolia, Tajikistan and Laos were drawn into Group A whereas Bangladesh will compete against United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kyrgyzstan in Group B.
The official press meet of the six participating teams followed by the trophy (champions and runners-up) unveiling ceremony will be held in the ball room of the Hotel Intercontinental at 12:45pm on Sunday, April 21.
Head coaches and captains of all the participating teams will be present at the ceremony.
Representatives of print and electronic media are cordially invited to attend the press meet and trophy unveiling ceremony.
Notably, the tournament will kick-off with a Group B clash of Bangladesh and UAE at 6:00pm at the Bangabandhu National Stadium, Dhaka on Monday, April 22.
