Dhaka: The Tokyo Olympics 2020 will host all sorts of sporting events, including men’s and women’s football.
The Bangladesh women’s Olympic team will play the Olympic qualifiers this November in Myanmar.
Bangladesh team will leave Dhaka for Myanmar on November 5, Monday.
Ahead of their departure, a press conference will be held to brief the media about the pros and cons of the competition.
The press conference will be held in the conference room of the BFF House (2nd floor) in Motijheel at 12:00pm on Sunday, November 4.
Team manager, head coach and captain of the team will attend the press conference.
Representatives of electronic and print media are cordially requested to attend the press meet.
In the Olympic qualifiers, Bangladesh is in group C along with India, Myanmar and Nepal.
The first match of the group will take place between hosts Myanmar and Bangladesh on November 8 at the Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon.
The next two matches for team Bangladesh are on November 11 and 13.
On Thursday, the women’s team kicked off their rigorous training routine to prepare for the qualifiers.
